The announcement came on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. This comes shortly after current KMTC students completed their Final Qualifying and End-of-Semester examinations, paving the way for a new group of trainees to join later this year.

If you're a new applicant (pre-service programmes): Apply through the KUCCPS Student Portal at students.kuccps.net.

If you're already a practising health worker upgrading your qualification (in-service programmes): Apply through the official KMTC Admissions Portal at admissions.kmtc.ac.ke.

Courses available: Certificate, diploma and higher diploma programmes across KMTC's nationwide campuses — including Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Sciences and more.
