Does this app connect to my bank or withdraw real money?

No. We never ask for your bank credentials or account passwords. All deposits are manual taps to help you track your physical cash, envelopes, or dedicated bank balance. We literally cannot see your bank because there is nowhere to connect it.

What happens if I miss a week? Does my streak break?

Never. We believe in positive momentum, not shame. Missed weeks appear as soft unfilled tiles rather than red penalty marks. The app offers a simple one-tap double-up catch-up the following week so you can keep your streak flame alive.

Can I set a custom goal amount and deadline?

Yes. In addition to pre-set 52-week, 26-week, 13-week, and 100-jar challenges, you can create a Custom Goal. Enter your target amount and target date, and our engine automatically calculates the exact weekly deposit needed to finish on time.

Can I deposit early or put in more money than scheduled?

Yes. You can tap any future tile on your grid to pre-pay upcoming weeks, or long-press the deposit button to input a custom amount. Extra deposits automatically carry over in our cumulative engine, pushing you ahead of pace.

Can I record deposits from my home screen without opening the app?

Yes. Place our interactive home screen widget on your device to see your current week and amount due. Tap the deposit button directly on the widget to drop a coin into your jar and record your savings without ever opening the app.

Is this a subscription, and will I lose my data if I change phones?

There are zero subscriptions. The app is free to use with optional one-time lifetime unlocks. Because your data stays 100% private on your device, you can export a full JSON backup file or CSV spreadsheet anytime in Settings to restore on any new phone.
