What Data Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove all of your associated data, including:
- Your profile information
- Uploaded study materials and notes
- Saved bookmarks and favorites
- All app usage data linked to your account
How to Request Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to:
Please include your registered email address and username in the request so we can locate and delete your account.
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please make sure you have saved any important information before requesting deletion.
